We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong ability to multitask successfully. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and be flexible in their approach to tasks. Attention to detail is essential, alongside the ability to move from one task to another, working with and supporting the wider team in a variety of admin tasks.

  • Daily Sales order Input
  • Setting up new product codes
  • Liaising with suppliers for prices and checking stock availability
  • Checking with suppliers for due dates for orders raised
  • Coding of new pricing documents
  • Assisting customer service team with incoming calls
  • Franking, sorting and recording outgoing mail ready for collection
  • Assisting other team members in monitoring incoming emails during holiday period
  • Data input
  • Monitor Purchasing inbox and distribute
  • Support accounts department when required
  • Run Stock exceptions and transfer notes
  • Any other administration duties required
