We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to multitask successfully, with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and be flexible in their approach to tasks. Attention to detail is essential, alongside the ability to move from one task to another, working with and supporting the wider team when required.
The role includes day to day communication with customers to include:
Processing of sales orders and sending order confirmations
Dealing with general sales or service queries
Proving non core quotes for follow up
Dealing with and resolving low level complaints and issues
Dealing with all delivery enquiries
Organising returns process and follow ups
Sending customers back order notifications and recommending alternatives
Adding non-core quotes to contracts when required
Proactive selling of additional lines or divisions
Setting up and managing new requirements on the external clothing management system
Communicate with account managers if escalation required after resolution attempts
Look after critical care customers on Account Managers instructions
